We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error or stock unavailability; in such cases any amount paid is fully refunded.
Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color and finish can occur between screens and production batches. Materials, plating and measurements are described on each product page. Jewelry is delicate by nature: avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and abrasives to preserve the finish.
We ship from the United States. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $15 and free on orders over $150. Express (1–2 business days) and overnight options are available at checkout. Tracking is provided for every order. International shipping, where offered at checkout, can take up to 30 days depending on the destination and customs.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us through the contact page with your order number; we will confirm the return address and instructions by email. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged — in those cases contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if the seal on the packaging is intact.
Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. We accept major credit and debit cards, and the additional payment options shown at checkout. We never store your full card number on our servers.
We collect only the information needed to process your order and provide support: name, email, shipping address and phone number. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment processor and never touches our servers. We use basic, anonymous analytics to understand how the store is used. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except carriers (to deliver your order) and the payment processor (to process your payment). You may request a copy or the deletion of your data at any time through the contact page. Marketing emails are only sent if you subscribed, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison Aurora's total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that product.
